mBank's Help of the transactional system

This page is the help menu and may be of use when searching for a description of certain options. The help pages contain tips in accessing the transactional system. At present the system is only available in Polish. We hope however that this help center service will be of use to those non-Polish speakers who wish to carry out there banking affairs in the self service Internet system.

We urge you to look into this help center when encountering difficulty in accessing the transactional system. Each transactional page contains additional help pages marked with an [?] in the top right hand corner. These are gradually being translated to English.
