The options described below are always available in the transaction system, regardless of the product we are currently looking at (account, term deposit, loan, credit card, debit card,...).

Wyloguj się <Log out >
This option allows you to exit the mBank transaction system. Due to safety precautions it is advised that you exit the transactional pages through the "Wyloguj się" <"Log out"> option when returning to the information pages.

Zmiana hasła <Change of password>
This option lets you change a previously defined Internet password. The new password must have at least 8 at most 20 characters (including at least one letter and one number). When writing the password it's important you pay attention to capital and lower case letters. An often cause on password unacceptance is having the "Caps Lock" active.

Hasła jednorazowe <Transactional access numbers (TAN)>
This option lets you view, order, delete and activate transactional access number (TAN) lists. Transactional access numbers let you define, modify and delete defined transfers, standing orders as well as making onetime transfers, loading the eKARTA and activating a new transactional access number list.
  • Aktywuj <Activate> - a transactional access number is necessary
This option allows you activate a transactional access number list by providing the last number from the currently active list along with the first number from the list being activated. You activate the first transactional access number list via mLinia.
  • Usuń <Delete>
This option allows you to delete one currently active transactional access number (TAN) list. Deleting a list is irreversible - once a list has been deleted it cannot be reactivated.
  • Usuń wszystkie <Delete all>
This option allows you to delete all the currently active transactional access number lists.
  • Zamów <Order>
This option allows you to order a new transactional access number list. Each list contains 50 numbers. The last number on each list lets you activate a new list. You can have a maximum of 5 active lists at the same time, thus there is a limitation to the number of list orders you can place.
