Activating this channel for the first time or unblocking a previously blocked Internet channel should take place through the mLinia automated telephone service. The account holder sets up the Internet password which should be at leaste 8 and at most 20 digits provided by the customer through a tone system telephone.
- Logging in to the mBank site
Logging in to the mBank site requires providing a customer ID and Internet password. The customer ID is a unique 8 digit number that every mBank customer receives when the account is opened. After you log in to the mBank site you can see all your accounts.
- Calling off a direct debit
You can cancel direct debit payments by filing the appropriate form and sending it to the recipient and the bank.
- Calling the mLinia
The mLinia is the automated telephone services as well as the 24 hour a day, seven days a week call center. The choice of services (automated service operator) is available to customers who have a tone system telephone. When using a pulse system telephone you cannot access the automated service.
The mLinia number is not hard to remember. All numbers regardless of the phone used to make the call, end with the same 5 digits 62265, which is mBank. Warning: You are advised to identify yourself in the automated telephone service when calling an mBank operator. That is why it's best to choose option "1" when you contact the mLinia. Introduce your customer ID (8 digits) and the required password (6 digits). After you receive authorization dial "0" to be quickly connected to the operator. This method lets us get connected to an operator more quickly then by dialing "0".

- Introducing new accounts for transfers
The beneficiary's account number according to the new system is written without spaces along with the control digits (the first two digits). The account number written according to the old system is written without hyphens or spaces. Introducing an account number in a different way will cause "the given amount is too log" warning to appear. Sending a transfer with the new 26 digit number guarantees an error free and quick transfer of funds.
